23engineers Posted October 6, 2017 Share #1 Posted October 6, 2017 my uncle fought in Korea from April 1953 thru July 1953 and really won't talk about his service. He earned the bronze star. I was wondering if anyone knows where I might find information about what he went through? thank you, Joe
Rakkasan187 Posted October 6, 2017 Share #2 Posted October 6, 2017 Joe, There were a lot of unit histories printed for units that served in Korea. If you contact Rob (Captainofthe7th), he has a lot of information about Korean units and he may even have a 45th Division history.. My Uncle was with the 27th Infantry Regiment (Wolfhounds) 25th Infantry Division.. I just happened to have a copy of their Unit History from Korea and found his name in there.. It might take a little time but I am sure we will be able to find some info for you.. Leigh
