Hi Jack,Thanks for posting. Hard to tell but could be. It's the right time period for sure. Cool that here wearing Sgt. stripes on his sleeves and not collar this late war. POYNETTE/LODI - Steven Lucas Bloxham, age 61, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009 after a lingering illness. He was born on July 27, 1948 in Park Ridge, Ill. the son of Ray and Connie (Beth) Bloxham. Steve was a U.S. Army veteran and served Gallantly and with Distinction in the Republic of Viet Nam with the Black Scarf Battalion. [1st Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division] He learned the locksmith trade as an apprentice and operated his own business in Illinois for several years. He moved to Wisconsin and was a co-manager of the Sunset Resort and later the Bayview Bar and Motel. Steve was also well known as the Lake Wisconsin Locksmith. He was an avid crossword puzzle enthusiast and enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with his family. On May 7, 2009 he was united in marriage to the former Colleen Patterson.
