Can someone give me some insight on comparative rarity of Ek knives made in Conn. vs the Florida made knives?

Also comparing the value of a similar condition (assume very good condition) of a Model 1 made on Conn, vs Florida?

I have been told that the Florida made knives (Viet Nam war period) are rarer and more valuable than the WWII knives made in Conn. Is this true?
