skio Posted July 31, 2017 Share #1 Posted July 31, 2017 Found these today. A small miracle as the local flea market produces nothing any more. Any comments on era or where made would be welcome. I know the Sam Slayer is Vietnam era!

Randy Posted July 31, 2017 Share #8 Posted July 31, 2017 Nice ones Steve. They look to be 60s Japan made, with the 18 TFW shield and 67 TFS on right looking Okinawan made. You need to get out more! Randy

skio Posted August 3, 2017 Author Share #12 Posted August 3, 2017 Ski & Derek, Thanks! I love it when the older stuff shows up Randy, as always, thanks for your expertise in "location embroidery"! Firefighter, I am almost positive the Sam Slayer is a F-105 patch. Everything I have read that mentions them has had F-105's involved. If you killed a site with bombs, CBUs or guns you got one. If you used a shrike, you didn't.
