Fixed bail with heat stamp "63 B"

Hi everyone,

 

I need a little help regarding this helmet. After looking at it for while and under couples angles it appears to me that the heat stamp is "63 B" or "63? B".

 

Second point is the chinstraps. Odd looking ones. Need more info regarding these.

 

Finally the color of the shell was supposed to be blue as maybe CG unit and then repainted in green.

Shell may have seen foreign use and chinstraps from that country were placed on it. I know I've seen those straps somewhere, but can't remember where. The heatstamp matches up with fixed bales, so that should be OK. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable on this topic can shed a little light on this helmet set.

Yup, not all that uncommon for these shells to get reused by other countries after WWII.
