Possible HAL-3 Seawolf jungle jacket?

I was viewing on another thread a collection of theater made Seawolf patches and decided to pull out this old jungle jacket I've had for years which I found at Goodwill. The insignia looks South Vietnamese made and was wondering if there was anyway to connect it to HAL-3 despite not having a Seawolf pocket patch?
