Airborne-Hunter Posted June 19, 2017 Share #1 Posted June 19, 2017 This came out of a Northern California flea market yesterday. The story was the man was medical, but there was nothing with it. Marked fire bronze and looks like a 1926 pattern to me. However, I thought that applied rope was only for officer and the continents on this piece do not look to be separately applied. I've search the reference section and the interwebs, but I've been unable to find anything. Am I missing something? Is it officer or enlisted? Am I correct, 1926 pattern? Any thoughts? Thanks ABN

teufelhunde.ret Posted June 20, 2017 Share #9 Posted June 20, 2017 Nice 20s era pattern. Exemplary design and construction typical of the period prior to the Great Depression when crap materials and workmanship became the standard for the day.
