Can you ID this Telephone Ribbon?

Any help you can give us would be great!! I have never seen aynthing like this before, but I'm sure most of you already have. It is pinback on the reverse. THANKS!!!

I 'believe' that this is a ribbon for telephone operators, similiar to those worn by the Army service forces and other federal gov't civilians. I've seen this one before but I can't give you a better description than that, sorry.

After having a double bypass this past year, it's time to downsize and pass along much of my 'stuff'. I've had my fun, now it is someone elses turn.

I knew I had a certificate laying around that identified this. Well, I found it today. It is for Essential War Service, to someone who worked for the telephone companies during WWII.
