FlyNavy02 Posted May 6, 2020 #128 Posted May 6, 2020 A Japanese made Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron 6 Jacket patch worn by then Lieutenant Leonard A. Campbell in 1957. Per his certificate, Campbell qualified as a helicopter pilot on 28 February 1957 and was assigned to HELASRON-6 on 14 April 1957. He left the squadron in 1958.

Salvage Sailor Posted August 28, 2020 #130 Posted August 28, 2020 Probably an error, the INVADERS were always known as HSL-32 History of HSL-32 Invaders Helicopter Antisubmarine Light Squadron 32 (HSL-32) was established at NAS Norfolk, Virginia, on 17 August 1973, formed from a nucleus of personnel from HSL-30. The Invaders initially were equipped with four SH-2D and four SH-2F Seasprite LAMPS I (Light Airborne Multipurpose System I) helicopters. HSL-32 disestablished in 1994. HSL-32 Squadron Patches
