Steindaddie Posted October 20, 2008 Share #4 Posted October 20, 2008 If I recall correctly, these lamps were attached inside the aerial target and thus illuminated the target sleeve like a lantern for night time gunnery training. The various attach points on the lamp were for trussing it up in the sleeve. I believe there is a toggle switch on it and the thing was battery powered. -Will
Lightning Ace Posted January 17, 2010 Share #5 Posted January 17, 2010 Thanks for the info, Will I had one in my collection for years that I sold a while back and never did know how it was used. Thanks Mike If I recall correctly, these lamps were attached inside the aerial target and thus illuminated the target sleeve like a lantern for night time gunnery training.
