Picked up these DI's in an antique shop

I have identified all of them except the one all the way in the left. Any help would be appreciated. I had very few DI's in my collection so I hand picked a few from the bin.

A pretty good unit the 63rd Inf, seen a fair share of hard combat in New Guinea and Luzon PI in WWII with the 6th Inf Div.

Seems like I read the one with the torch was the Army war college. Stuff on the back is almost like a rubber material. Wouldn't rub off so I left it.

This is the Army War Colledge DI, has been since 1928.

According to Capistrano's "DI of the US Army (1939-46) Vol IV", it IS the Army War College. The design was approved 12 Nov 28. The shield shaped design was superseded by this one, from the COA, of a "mailed fist with a torch on a torse" - Massaro. Oct-Dec 2001 Trading Post.
