Willys Jeep Factory Windshield Stickers

I'm looking for an original, or copy, or even a clear photo of each of these items depicted. The larger one is a building order sheet, I have no idea what the other is except that they are seen on all newly built MVs up into the 1950s. Any help is greatly appreciated.

is the second one placed under the wiper blade? reminds me of the inspection sheet used at the Delaware DMV inspection lanes...if under the blade...not meant to be be semi permanent...just a temporary note/notice...maybe a sign off sheet? punchlist?

The second one is placed on the inside of the windshield. It just happens to be right where the wiper blade is. It's an easily removed sticker and was meant to be discarded once the vehicle was in service.
