I have tried image searches, searched for vulture and everything before I asked, and I cannot find anything.

 

1. Which unit is it?

2. What time frame. WW2? KW? Vietnam?

The red border under blacklight glows bright orange on the front.

I seen this one before, but drawing a blank, that thing in the top right I seem to recall is a Shako with plume.

Two possible origins, both 1960s.

 

 

1. West German made for the 3rd battalion 76th Artillery, 3rd Infantry Division.

 

2. South Korean or Japanese made for either the 2nd Battalion 76th Artillery. I Corps Artillery, or 4th Battalion 76th Artillery, 7th Infantry Division.

Looks Korean made to me.

The 76th FA was in Korea in the mid-1960's. One of my commanders formerly commanded that unit in Korea.
