My guess is Clarence McGown, from Gorham, New Hampshire, a member of Headquarters Company, 148th Infantry, 37th Division.  He's on Find A Grave as Clarence W. MacGown.  His headstone states he died of wounds on November 5, 1918 in Belgium.
