tankdriver Posted March 30, 2017 Share #2 Posted March 30, 2017 Rain, and cold on a M5A1 Stuart tank. Probably will fit any WW2 tank. Used to have one for a Stuart tank I owned......

Garandomatic Posted March 31, 2017 Share #5 Posted March 31, 2017 So was this for the driver, and if so, did it attach in top of his open hatch?
phantomfixer Posted March 31, 2017 Author Share #6 Posted March 31, 2017 guessing on design... I would say open hatch rain/cold weather hood...still trying to narrow the vehicle it is designed for...Tank driver mentioned the M5 but the front of the cover is curved in the front and oblong towards the rear...the M3/M5 hatches are more linear.. the front curve has a channel to attach to the vehicle...which leads me to think this went to another type of vehicle with an oval/circular designed hatch
