Allan H. Posted February 15, 2007 Share #3 Posted February 15, 2007 Tom, When I saw the image and looked closely at the construction, I immediately said to myself "USMC Tour jacket arc." This looks like the same types of arcs that you see for countries visited etc. I would note that the angular edges of the tab remind me of the red with white lettered "airborne" tab associated with wear above the 5th AF SSI. These red tabs were worn by Air Search and Rescue men during WWII and into Korea. I can't say whether they were worn later.
