I found this Distinctive Insignia of the 4th Division recently. They may be common but I have never seen one however I have seen backs of Dis like this, I am not sure where it was made and it came with WW II clutches if that means anything. Is it common?

Could this be for the 4th Inf Div Artillery (DIVARTY)?
