2" Balfour LGB wing

I picked these up today. From what I understand they didn't make a whole lot in the 2" variation. Are these authentic is so would they be considered a sweetheart piece or wartime? LGB sterling marked.

Thank you. Somewhere I read on the forum that you don't see a lot of 2" Belfort wings. I could be mistaking though. Wanted to double check.

They're Balfour wings not Belfort.

Generally the 2 inch size wings are significantly less desirable than the full size 3 inch ones to most collectors. Also, the clutch back ones such as yours are generally less desirable than the pin back ones to most collectors. On the positive side the L.G. Balfour company, which is still around today, is known for making better quality wings and other badges.
