devildog34 Posted February 23, 2017 Share #2 Posted February 23, 2017 Jeremiah James Sheehan 66th Company 1st Bn 5th Marines. He was born March 9, 1899. The AEF number 116793 matches that in the muster so it's definitely him. Looks like he was WIA June 6, 1918 likely when the 66th arrived just after the jump off on the attack at Hill 142. He was sent back to the U.S. in Nov. It lists his wounds as a gunshot wound to the rectum (ouch). It appears his war was over June 6, 1918. Great find congrats.
