hirsca Posted February 13, 2017 Share #1 Posted February 13, 2017 Both pieces are marked sterling, albiet, the Q-bar is stamped upside down. Found with a group of WW2 ribbon bars. When I first looked at the reverse of the badge, I thought the maker's mark was a V inside a circle (Volupte). After a closer look, it actually is a stylized N inside of the circle. I have searched all of the known US makers and came up empty. Did I miss this or is this a foreign maker's mark? Any help is much appreciated.
