Are These German Made WWII Unit Insignias?

I know these unit insignias are for the USAAF Technical Training Command, but the different style pinbacks are not what I am used to seeing. Are all of these insignias theater made (perhaps German)? Any help is appreciated!

The top two do somewhat resemble German pin backs, but I would say all 4 of these are US-made. The only non-US version of this insignia I am aware of is one made in Mexico. Being a stateside unit, it would be far less likely any were made overseas. There are many variations of this DUI and some are really "unusual" in manufacturing style. I put the pin back assemblies of these 4 in that "unusual" category.
