1960's BG 2nd Inf Div. OG-107 Shirt

I hate it when I find a cool shirt that someone has taken the name tapes off of. Has a great subdued 2nd ID combat patch, it is also missing the left shoulder patch, which also was 2nd ID.

 

Does anyone know who this belonged to?

You can just about make out the name from the imprint the nametape left, maybe if you fiddle around with the photo in a photo editing tool you will be able to read the name...great looking shirt...mike

Could it be BG William R Lynch? Looks like the impression say LYNCH and I believe he spent time in Korea and was a 3 time CIB recipient.
