Want to interview ww2 pilots preferably in central/eastern PA. Any leads would be appreciated ... name, contact info, type of plane flown/branch/unit/plane type. Work as PAO for PA VFW HQs, so experienced with interviewing/writing. May submit interviews for national Veterans History Project. Thanks in advance.

I know it's a far ways out still, but head to Reading WWII weekend.....they have plenty of pilots still that attend the show as special guests. I see quite a few up already. They are also most likely local in the area, most are there every year and traveling at their age is probably tough.

Thanks Waltz41. Hope to get there ... here's hoping for no rain and no unseasonably warm temps because that tarmac can be an oven. Love this event ... few like it.
