post-108057-0-84224500-1485015618.jpg]Just picked this jacket up recently, would like any info relating to where she may have served etc if anyone can help

Owner was a 2nd Lt Irma M Mullen. Number written inside is N-772-106.

This is one of the largest I have seen in a long time at a 40-42" chest and in great condition.

It belonged to an Army Nurse, not a WAC, you can tell that by her serial number which starts with "N" :)

"ETO" patch on the right sleeve and the 6th Army patch on the left sleeve, so it looks like she served in Europe and then was transferred to the Pacific.

Thanks should have noticed it was a nurse with the N but don`t deal with women`s uniforms that much so it went over my head.

Possibly is: Irma M Mullen born 27 Feb 1909 Walnut Hills, Illinois and died 25 Jul 1994 in Centralia, Illinois. Listed as having a military funeral. Can't find much of anything else about her except a listing by that name as joining 1 May 1943. Best bet is to have Golden Arrow look for her records.
