From the associated documents with this image it appears it would be between 1917-1919.

Does anyone have a digital copy of the Naugatuck Novelty Company catalog or link?I did see a post from around 2017 that had a link, but it does not work.  I think it would be great to see what collar disks they were selling. It would definitely help weed out the restrikes.

I don't have a link, but from what I have seen they usually are the more uncommon disks, e.g. USS, IP, 10 Cavalry MG, 1st pattern Tanker, USMC, etc. 

 

So the more rare the disc is the more I look closely at it, but I guess that goes without saying.

Thanks for responding.  I am hopeful someone will dig up the old catalog, but not overly optimistic. In the meantime, caveat emptor…..
