phantomfixer Posted January 9, 2017 Share #5 Posted January 9, 2017 No idea. but if had to guess 1960's?? early 1960s...maybe late 50s....I figure in the 1950s they didn't care much about hearing loss anyway, but with Jet engines and accountability the USAF needed a good ear protector....
