The lower one is a vehicle safety strap for an open cab truck or Jeep. It's missing its large snap hook. The smaller one I don't recognize as anything. Hi Inimicus, top right is a 60s / 70 / Viet-Nam period medical strap for securing a patient to a medical litter, I think they were used in sets of two. Top left is possibly medical again 20s / 30s / 40s surgical packs . . . . . . . the lower one I am still debating with myself on that on . . . . . . . . . lewis. .
