I got this hat it made in Hong Kong and Named.Can ID this name or boonie it Vietnam war used or post war?

Any idea what years? I picked up a grouping direct from a retired SEAL who had these stuck in one of his many kit bags with his field gear and cammies. He was a Seal Team One platoon OIC in 1970-71 in Vietnam so I presume he picked these up during that tour of the Far East.

sold here in the UK in the 1980's as kids army hats & fishing tackle shops. I've sold a fair amount of these on ebay and never go above £5 / $7.

No tags left in this hat, maybe never had any. Mine is reversible to tan. Got it from a Canadian in 1979 while living on a Kibbutz in Israel. Unfortunately I have not taken good care if it.
