blitz67 Posted December 5, 2016 Share #1 Posted December 5, 2016 Thought you guys would like to see these. I found these this past weekend on a fairly busy road in Northern California which I have drove down numerous times and never saw these. The property is fenced and marked US Property, it appears to have been abandoned a long time ago.
5thwingmarty Posted December 5, 2016 Share #2 Posted December 5, 2016 Makes you wonder what else is in the shed. You should look up the site on GoogleEarth and see if there is anything else visible of interest at the site.

blitz67 Posted December 6, 2016 Author Share #7 Posted December 6, 2016 I was thinking the same thing about what might be in the barn. I'm working on finding out who owns the property, Government sign looked about 40 years old. This stuff is no more than 50 feet from the road and I have never seen it and when I go down this road I'm always looking for Jeeps and WWII trucks. It's amazing the amount of stuff that is still out there after 70 plus years!

Swifter Posted December 15, 2016 Share #10 Posted December 15, 2016 I remember flying into the airport at Salisbury, MD in the 1982/3 time frame and seeing a similar sight on that airport. But there were also wings and control surfaces. No fuselages. All were from SNJs
