Repros are copies of known insignia or known anything, really.

 

Aresta made fantasy pieces, e.g. never made/worn while the unit was active. They have been made since the 80s, and were made for study groups or vet reunions.

 

His DIs are often taken from official drawings, and many are not. If it says Aresta of Hawaii or - dang, brain fart - CWE something something it's one of these fantasy pieces.
