There is a 1st Air Delivery Platoon for the Marines, but couldn't find anything about a 1st Air Delivery Company. It does look like a Marine patch though due to the colors of the patch. I think the Roman numerals "XII" (12) at 12 o'clock, "III" (3) at 3 o'clock, "VI" (6) at 6 o'clock, and "IX" (9) at 9 o'clock on the patch represents "Anytime". Thank you in advance for your help.
