Referring to a different source (Frank Hummel: "Bundeswehr Verbandsabzeichen") from 1996 these are the existing colors and it's designations:

Green: Central Army Group (Heidelberg)

Blue: 4th ATAF (Heidelberg)

Green/Blue: JOC CENTAG & 4th ATAF (Heidelberg)

White: HQ General Staff (Heidelberg)

Black: HQ Bonn Cmd (Bonn)

Orange: HQ Netherland Cmd (Brunssum)

Brown: HQ Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg Cmd (Vissingen)

Purple: HQ Gibraltar Cmd (Gibraltar)

Yellow: HQ Mediterranean Cmd (La Valetta)

Auburn: HQ Italian Cmd (Neaples)

Light Blue: HQ Greek Cmd (Pireus)

Red: HQ Turkey Cmd (Izmir)

Apart from force reductions, reclassifications, structural change etc. etc. every variant listed above does exist and is depicted in Hummel's book.
