I can't find this in any of my references. Possibly an ARVN MI unit? May be more of a beret badge than DUI due to its large size. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks

I believe it is ARVN Intelligence school. I have an identical patch ID as Intel school.

You are welcome. The patch was ID'ed that way from the original owner of a small ARVN patch collection put together during his tour. A few of the index cards have locator info for advisors and one has the PX hours and other phone numbers in Saigon.
