CNY Militaria Posted October 26, 2016 Share #1 Posted October 26, 2016 Just in....time capsule to a 1st Lt. of the 499th Aero Squadron. He served as a Sgt. most of WWI in the US, commissioned in Sept 1918, and made it to France just as the war was ending. Everything was packed away in 1937 dated newspapers within this trunk until recently.

CNY Militaria Posted October 31, 2016 Author Share #15 Posted October 31, 2016 I am not sure, and honestly have never even heard of that auction or collector. I got this from another local collector.
