Chinese Korean War Movie?

Just ran in to this photo, Chicoms, like they're defending a trench right, at first I thought it was a still from Pork Chop Hill, but nah, intersting, will have to look around, or you can do it for me

This is presumably a real life photo during the war, but while I'll believe it's period, I believe it's staged, perhaps a period propaganda reenactment of a real action.
