Better photo, perhaps. Could it be Vanguard? (upside down in photo):

Might be Bell Trading Company's later mark of a sign holding the image of a bell, suspended from a cross arm of an arrow. The vertical post is a cactus and the fletched end of the arrow projects from the left side of the cactus/post.

Bell Trading Post, also known by the name, Bell Products, made military insignia from the 1930's until sometime in the 1980's. They are no longer in business. They were located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their hallmark was an upright sign post with an arrow pointing east and a sign with a bell hanging from the arrow. An earlier example (not shown) depicts just a bell with the word sterling over the top. In the photo you can see the hallmark placement on both the left and right side. Note the original cards with the parachute wings. Although Bell made both basic and senior parachutist badges, I have never found a master parachutist badge with the Bell hallmark. If anyone out there has Bell master wings, please post so we can see it. Some examples have "GI" and earlier ones do not. The badge at the bottom left is one of the last made and it is marked 1/20th Silver Filled GI with a smaller hallmark. Bell made other military insignia to include marksmanship badges and subdued CIB's.

Here is a closer view of the Bell Trading Post Hallmarks on the back of these parachute wings. The badge in the upper right may be correct for the WWII period. Still looking for that master.

Bell Trading Post Senior Parachutist Badge in sterling. Still looking for that Master Parachutist Badge made by this manufacturer. Did they make one? Anybody have one?
