A lot of fashion camo items have nato tags to make them seem more military. They seem to be patterned after BDUs but they have an extra pocket. Shirt and hat too. got them back about 10 years ago, Tru-spec "ADVISOR" is what they called it, they dont make that uniform anymore, shame too cause it looks really good.
