BROBS Posted September 3, 2016 Share #1 Posted September 3, 2016 maybe a lend-lease item? Or they just missed the stamp? 1945 would be awfully late production for lend-lease stuff wouldn't it? can anybody read or otherwise recognize the maker stamp? maybe Ohio? Tent & Awn Co? thanks, -Brian

Eddy.502 Posted September 4, 2016 Share #3 Posted September 4, 2016 Nice belt. No is to front probably means either manufacturing error or just faded.
BROBS Posted September 4, 2016 Author Share #4 Posted September 4, 2016 I am thinking must be error as the belt is very crisp and the back marking looks very good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
BROBS Posted September 4, 2016 Author Share #5 Posted September 4, 2016 Any ideas on maker would be super. Otherwise I can just chalk it up to 'unknown' but I would love to ID it. Anybody have a clearer maker mark on an item that would match? Maybe the 'stamper' at the factory had a hangover that day?
