hink441 Posted August 25, 2016 Share #1 Posted August 25, 2016 Went out to some local shops today and found some neat items. I have been looking for a USMC DBDU top for awhile now. This one is in great shape, it is not named and is from the earlier 1982 contract. The Army ACU patrol cap is pretty common, but this one was issued to a USN Sailor. The Sailor was probably on a Individual Augmentee assignment with an Army unit. 3rd ID patched helmet cover in unused condition with the tags still attached, and a salty Fritz Kevlar cover with at least three different names written on the cover. One name has the rank included "BM1 Ward" so I am guessing this one was used by the Navy. The last item is the VA-55 squadron ball cap from the late 1980s. These guys were an A-6 squadron at nearby NAS Oceana. VA-55 played a prominent role in the Libya Attacks in 1986. Thanks for looking. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
