Austin R Posted August 9, 2016 Share #1 Posted August 9, 2016 This is kind of an oddball piece I picked up today. I bought it because it was a manual from the Spanish American war, but when went through it, I found the name Thomas Ridgway 4th Regiment Artillery. After researching him, I found that he was a Colonel in the Artillery Corps and father of General Matthew Ridgway.
