As near as I can figure so far, I believe she was Nancy Elizabeth Carter born in Virginia 12 Apr 1921 and died 16 Mar 2006. Her service dates show up as 1 Jan 43 to 31 Dec 63 retiring as a MSG. Can't tell, but top ribbon looks like Bronze Star Medal? The other 3 are probably Good Conduct, WAC Medal, and ETO ribbon. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
