Trevor M. Larson Posted July 26, 2016 Share #1 Posted July 26, 2016 I picked this one up in the spring and have wanted to post this one for awhile now, this was my very first KIA grouping that i happened to come across. i'm going to hopefully research this soldier and find out what happened to him. the 321st served at both Angaur & Peleliu im not quite sure which of these islands Mack fell on. hope you guys enjoy this one. manayunkman Posted July 27, 2016 Share #10 Posted July 27, 2016 If you match up the date of his wound and the history of the unit it will get you a little closer. Poignant group and a fine memorial to this fallen soldier.

Dave Posted May 25, 2020 Share #15 Posted May 25, 2020 RIP Pvt Mack, on this Memorial Day. This is a poignant group and very complete - it's not common to see the engraving order for the Bronze Star, especially. Very nice!
huntssurplus Posted May 26, 2020 Share #16 Posted May 26, 2020 RIP Pvt Mack. I have a small grouping to a man with the 322nd RCT, 81st Infantry Division, Killed on Angaur. He left behind a wife who was 9 months pregnant with his child. May we never forget their sacrifices. Hunt
