Does Anyone Know the History of This Unit? VF-43?

I bought this patch awhile back which belonged to Arthur B. Bliesener who seems to have served with VC-62 in the Korean War. It was identified as VF-43, but I haven't been able to find any concrete information or history regarding this patch.

When I look up FITRON-43 I seem to only find insignia related to the Mach Busters, are there any specific links that show this insignia?

The patch is from Korean War VF-43 Fighting Falcons and was official part of Carrier Air Group 4.But in 1953 Squadron made a Cruise with CVG-3 on USS Tarrawa.I had sold this patch some month back and found them on ebay before.It was sold with other patches of CVG-4.
