Hi gentlemen.

I got inspired by Mr SPIKES many photos of SEAL coats and cut-down coats (vests) when i cut down one of my own 1969 ERDL jungle jacket to make a vietnam SEAL inpression vest.

I allso took a pair of my old LEE jeans and a pair of BDUs to make the SEAL pants.

Ohh yes sir I sew them both on my girlfriends sewing mashine, I guess those hours in school that we guys hated so very mutch fanally paid of. (In Sweden when your from 5 to 7th grade you are forced to learn to use a sewing mashine and so on. After 7th grade we boys where allowed to chose wood handcraft)

- What I sai when my friends asked me what i´w done for the last 32 hours..? Well I was charpening my knives, drinking some beer and watched porn on internet ( girl was at work). I get allot of time of when Im not working at the oil rigg  (work 15 days 12-16 hours aday and then of for 20 days. If Im lucky..?

Im glad to hear some comments guys.

Enjoy

Regards,, Martin

These are a pair pants I did a few years ago, not Levi's but indigo Japanese copies. ERDL ripstop pockets, narrowed legs. Now, before everybody starts sewing pockets on Levi's, it wasn't widely done and when it was done it was around late 70/early 71, not alot of guys did it.

Thanks for your replys guys thumbsup.gif

Yes the cargo pockets are from a old pair of BDUs. I would have used real pockets from ERDL but I had no ERDL pockets. Maybe you don´t need yours MATT?

Thanks again gentlemen.

Best regards,, Martin
