Not a Dog Tag, but...

I don't have any dog tags in my collection, but I do enjoy reading the posts here about the research you folks put in to finding out about the soldiers whose tags you have. I came across this while rummaging in my desk. I have no idea when or where I got it but thought I'd post it here as a small thanks for sharing the stories you are able to dig up.

These are always a nice find (and manafactured in my hometown to boot). Nothing completes a lonely set of tags like an original chain/cord..

I have an original envelope, as well as the dog tags, chains inside. Notice the first name is capitalized on one tag, but not the other. I assume this is a later set made after 1950...as I have the original oval tag with fingerprint in late '41.

Those are cool, don't think I noticed one being in lower case like that. Must had been a real typist at the keyboard!
