Hi

item from my friends , i'am need to know , why pattern have sub-cotton inside clothing?

That is called a yoke, and was intended as a shield against the heat from the sun on the back and shoulders.

That is an experimental DCU. Small collar, backflap and if you were to unroll the sleeves you would see a narrow cuff. Contract date should be around 1989/90.

Being as how it's Air Force it probably a 91 issue but not much later than that. And obviously used in the Middle East area whether it be Kuwait Sinai or other areas we had air bases.

 

Post a pic of the label on the sleeve that will answer all your questions. Really unusual to see one there.

 

The earliest ones were ripstop with back pulls. This looks like a second issue in heavy weight but still with the low pockets, yoke, and everything else that was mentioned.

Just looked at the pics better it does appear to be rip stop. Sorry about that. Does it have the waist tabs?
