"GREETINGS & SALUTATIONS!" Here is the latest booklet from the Home Front of the Second World War titled: "A GUIDE to U.S. NAVY INSIGNIA, FLAGS, and DECORATIONS," with over 180 illustrations in color. Like the booklet on the U.S. Army, this was also intended for a younger audience who would eventually grow up and perhaps be influenced to enlist in the United States Armed Forces. These booklets were often marred from crayon, pen, and pencil markings or the covers were dog-earred from much handling, obviously booklets well read by their readership. In the meantime, I've been emailing me the pages of this booklet and other ephermera to those who want to receive free email scans on a daily basis. Sarge Booker of Tujunga, California ([email protected])
