Picked Up Original WW2 Tent Repair Kit From Guy On Ebay

Got an original trnt repair kit in bag.

 

Came with hundreds of eyelets, original crimpers, original glue (long dried up) and countless other bits and bobs!

 

Really cool! Will help to repair my original Small wall tent!

Do you have any pictures of the item? As far as I know, most of the ones that are circulated are actually slightly post-war. Would be interested to see yours, if it is indeed a WW2 example.

I just gave it to my reenactment group leader bud. I'll try and take pics tomorrow as I will be through at his house.

 

The bag was quite big with tan canvas. Dark od handles, there was a stamp on it describing what the bad was bur i never checked for a date as it needed to be put in garage straight away!
