Does Anyone Have Info On This WW2 Instructor Insignia

I just picked this up today.I had one years ago and have not seen one since.The man was a CAA civilian instructor at this school.As you can see these people trained the other Pilot Instructors.The man went into the USAAF and flew 67 missions as a Hump Pilot in the CBI. You see a lot of USAAF training insignia and very little US Navy related pieces..Any thoughts would be appreciated.Scotty

I have never seen it before but I now dream of finding this in an antique store now.

 

The colors are typical of WW2 flight training detachment patches for gliders. Love it. Thanks for showing, Scotty!
