Looking For Help Identifying This DUI Please

Here's a recent acquisition that I can't seem to find at the IOH. 1 inch tall and 3/4 inches wide and made by H.R. Newcomb & Co. Enameled and gold plated sterling. WW2 era patent date. Anyone help me with identifying this one? Thank you in advance.
